We are continuously developing better ways to serve our residents and owners, with a particular focus on three key programs that serve to lift up and sustain communities:
Resident Lunch Program
The Envolve Resident Lunch Program feeds communities and supports local economies. Each quarter, Envolve LLC selects several of its properties to treat to lunch (which includes all residents and staff).
Envolve Wellness Program
We have partnered with a personal trainer to provide weekly wellness tips to our team members and residents. Envolve Wellness tips may include physical workouts, healthy recipes, and motivational messages.
Get Envolved Foundation
The Get Envolved Foundation makes donations and grants to organizations that actively work to improve the lives of our residents and the communities in which they live.

Envolve delivers personalized training experiences through Envolve U, powered by Yardi Aspire’s embedded authoring tools and customizable courses and learning plans. This platform curates the perfect blend of Aspire courses, Yardi-taught events, organization-specific training, and important resources for each of our employees. Additionally, monthly to biweekly trainings are held by representatives from Supportive Service departments (Accounting, AP, HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Marketing & Training, Compliance, etc.).
Even more training opportunities are regularly available through Envolve's valuable partnerships with third parties (such as Katie Rigsby, CAPS, CAM, NALP - Multifamily Consultant & Professional Speaker, Lowe's Pro Supply, and NSPIRE Powered by US Inspection Group—just to name a few)!
